How long does it take to see results?
A refreshed look and a boost of radiance are visible from the first uses. For lasting results on firmness and the appearance of wrinkles, allow 3 to 4 weeks of regular use, a few minutes a day.
How often should I use my device?
We recommend daily use of 5 to 10 minutes depending on the device, morning or evening. Consistency matters more than duration: 5 minutes every day is better than one long session a week.
Should I apply a product before using the device?
Yes, apply your serum, cream or a face oil on clean skin. The product helps the device glide, and the warmth, light or massage boosts its absorption.
Are the devices suitable for all skin types?
Our devices are suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin. They are not recommended for pregnant women, people with a pacemaker or electronic implants, or on broken or irritated skin. If in doubt or if you are undergoing medical treatment, ask your doctor or dermatologist for advice.
Is LED light therapy safe?
The LEDs used in beauty care do not emit UV and are painless. Avoid looking directly at the light and close your eyes when using it on the upper face.
How do I charge and care for my device?
Charge it with the USB cable provided. After each use, clean the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth, without immersing the device (except waterproof models such as the sonic cleansing brush).
Korean skincare and beauty routine
What is Korean skincare?
Korean skincare (or K-beauty) is based on a gentle, multi-step routine: double cleanse, toner, essence, serum, cream and sunscreen. It focuses on hydration, prevention and consistency. Discover our guide to the Korean skincare routine.
How do I add a device to my skincare routine?
In the evening: cleanse, apply serum, then 5 minutes with your device (LED gua sha, LED booster or eye massager), and finally your cream. In the morning, the gua sha's cool mode is ideal for de-puffing and waking up the complexion.
At what age should I start an anti-aging routine?

Orders and shipping
What are the delivery times?
Orders ship within 24/48 business hours. Delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in mainland France. See our shipping policy for more details.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free in mainland France.
How do I track my order?
As soon as it ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order from your customer account.
Is payment secure?
Yes, all payments are encrypted and processed by secure payment providers. We never have access to your bank details.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to return a product and get a refund. All the terms are detailed in our refund policy.
Are my devices covered by a warranty?
Yes, our devices come with a 1-year commercial warranty, in addition to the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. In case of malfunction, contact us with your order number.
