Shipping costs

Shipping is free within metropolitan France. Any applicable cost is always shown before you confirm your order.

Delivery times

• Processing: your order ships within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed.
• Delivery: then allow 3 to 5 business days within metropolitan France.

These times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods (sales, holiday season) or in the event of carrier delays.

Order tracking

As soon as your package ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order from your customer account.

Damaged, lost or late package

If your package arrives damaged, note this with the carrier and contact us promptly with a photo. If your package has not arrived within the stated timeframe, contact us: we will open an investigation with the carrier and offer you a solution (reshipment or refund).

Shipping address

Please double-check your address when ordering. If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible: we will correct it if the package has not yet shipped.
